Processing Time

All items are handmade to order. Please allow 1–5 working days for your order to be made and prepared for dispatch.

Processing times may be longer during busy periods.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.


Shipping & Delivery Times

We ship worldwide.

Estimated delivery times (after dispatch):

  • Europe & USA: 2–4 working days

  • Rest of the world: 3–7 working days

Please note:

  • These are general estimates only

  • Delivery times shown at checkout (based on your selected shipping method) may differ and should be considered the most accurate

For example:

  • Economy international shipping may take approximately 15–80 days depending on the destination and carrier

Delays may occur due to postal services, customs processing, or factors outside our control.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.


Tracking

Tracking will be provided where available once your order has been dispatched.

Please note:

  • Tracking updates are controlled by the shipping carrier

  • We are not responsible for delays or inaccuracies in tracking updates


Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

Orders shipped outside of the United Kingdom may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees upon arrival.

Important:

  • These charges are determined by your country’s customs authority

  • They are the full responsibility of the customer

  • We do not pay, cover, or reimburse these charges under any circumstances

These fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

If a parcel is refused due to unpaid customs charges and returned to us:

  • Return shipping fees and any additional costs may be deducted from your refund


Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Parcels

Once your order has been dispatched, it is the responsibility of the shipping carrier.

However, if your parcel is:

  • Significantly delayed

  • Lost in transit

  • Delivered damaged

Please contact us and we will do our best to assist you in resolving the issue.


Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address:

  • The buyer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the item
