Custom and personalised items are made specifically to order and are subject to our Refund Policy.

3. Orders & Payments

All prices are listed in Great British Pounds (GBP) and are subject to change without notice.

Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or errors in pricing.

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless agreed by us.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We ship worldwide. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to postal delays or circumstances outside our control.

Estimated delivery times:

• Europe & USA: 2–4 working days

• Rest of the world: 3–7 working days

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or external factors once the item has been dispatched.

Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery.
